Crosstown Liquor Store is a retail location in downtown Vancouver, in the heart of an area steeped in rich history.

BOOST researched the area and discovered that the neighbourhood where Crosstown is located was a commercial and social hub in the early 1900s, when streetcars were a popular mode of transportation.

In a nod to the area’s history, we used an illustration of a streetcar as the central theme for the store’s logo and branding package. We paired the rich red and bright white colour scheme with brown kraft paper to add rustic texture to the identity pieces which encompass signage, coasters, shopping bags, and more.
