Carly Franklin is a real estate agent with Sutton Centre Realty in Burnaby, BC. Given that most agents use pre-designed templates provided by their brokerages, she wanted a branding package that stood out from other Realtors in her area.

We designed stationery pieces, signage, and her web site around a bold palette of rich red and blue contrasted with crisp white. This colour scheme helped improve visibility of signs used in outdoor settings for open houses and sign posts.

The web site was designed to be mobile-friendly and allows potential clients to conduct property searches directly on the site.
