Terraces at Oak Park is a townhome development marketed by VMG Project Marketing and developed by Vanwell Homes, both based in the Vancouver area of British Columbia.

The Terraces at Oak Park development is being built in an area along the Oak Street Corridor where there are numerous projects being marketed and built due to rezoning of the area for multi-family development.

The project is a stacked style townhome development directly across the street from Oak Park, so BOOST created the name Terraces at Oak Park for the project and designed a logo icon of varying heights with abstract oak leaves. The colour palette was inspired by colours used in the architectural drawings of the buildings.

Print marketing material and signage were designed with large swaths of bold colour to make them more visible to passersby.

The mobile-friendly web site was designed to showcase large images of the project and mimic the layout of the brochure for consistency across touchpoints.
